Server Rules

Welcome to Respawn Point.

Our goal is to provide a fair, community-driven survival experience where players can build, explore, trade, and compete without toxic behavior or unfair advantages.

By playing on Respawn Point, you agree to follow all server rules, staff instructions, and community standards. Failure to comply may result in warnings, mutes, temporary suspensions, permanent bans, or restrictions from community features.

These rules may be updated at any time to protect the server and community.

1. Respect the Community

Treat all players respectfully.

The following behavior is not allowed:

    Harassment or targeted bullying Hate speech or discriminatory language Threats or intimidation Excessive toxicity Encouraging self-harm Inappropriate or NSFW content Staff impersonation Attempting to start drama or incite conflict

    Friendly trash talk is fine. Crossing the line into harassment is not.

    2. Chat Rules

    Keep chat readable and respectful.

    The following are prohibited:

      Spam or flood messages Excessive caps Advertising unrelated servers/services Repeated disruptive behavior Inappropriate usernames, nicknames, or item names Bypassing chat filters or punishments Misusing support/report systems

      Staff may moderate chat at their discretion to maintain a healthy environment.

      3. Cheating & Unfair Advantages

      Any modification, exploit, or behavior that provides an unfair advantage is prohibited.

      This includes, but is not limited to:

        X-Ray or ore ESP KillAura / AimAssist Reach modifications AutoClickers Macros Fly hacks Speed hacks Duplication glitches Packet manipulation Freecam Exploit abuse Automation that plays the game for you

        If you are unsure whether a modification is allowed, do not use it.

        “Everyone else was doing it” is not a valid excuse.

        4. Griefing & Stealing

        Respawn Point is a survival server with player interaction and risk.

        However, excessive destruction or behavior intended solely to ruin another player’s experience may result in punishment.

        Not allowed:

          Lag machines Intentional server crashes Destructive exploits Spawn griefing Repeated harassment raids Destroying community builds without permission

          Use common sense and respect the time other players invest into the server.

          5. PvP & Combat

          PvP is part of survival gameplay.

          The following are not allowed:

            Combat logging Exploiting PvP bugs Using hacked clients Spawn trapping Repeatedly targeting new players

            Winning fights fairly is allowed.
            Ruining gameplay for others is not.

            6. Account Responsibility

            You are responsible for actions performed on your account.

            This includes:

              Friends using your account Shared accounts Compromised accounts Alternate accounts

              Punishments apply regardless of who was using the account at the time.

              7. Staff & Punishments

              Staff decisions are final unless appealed through official channels.

              Attempting to evade punishments may result in escalated penalties.

              This includes:

                Ban evasion Mute evasion Alternate account abuse False reports Harassing staff members

                Staff may issue punishments even if a situation is not explicitly listed in these rules.

                8. Exploits & Bugs

                If you discover a bug or exploit:

                  Report it immediately Do not abuse it Do not share it publicly

                  Knowingly abusing exploits may result in permanent punishment, even if the exploit is later patched.

                  9. Community Guidelines

                  Respawn Point is intended to be a long-term, community-focused server.

                  We encourage:

                    Building communities Trading fairly Helping new players Participating in events Respecting the survival experience

                    The best communities are built by players who care about the experience for everyone.

                    10. Final Notes

                    These rules are not exhaustive.

                    Staff reserve the right to act against behavior that negatively impacts the community, server stability, or player experience — even if not explicitly listed above.

                    By continuing to play on Respawn Point, you agree to follow all server rules, policies, and staff instructions.
